Our spacious one bedroom guest suite has everything you need for the perfect Portland stay! The luxurious kitchen has a gas range and stainless steel appliances plus everything you need for dining in. The large washer and dryer just off of the bedroom and bathroom make keeping clean a breeze and you'll love the roomy shower with adjustable shower heads. We're located in a residential neighborhood just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of NW 23rd and all your favorite restaurants and shops! The space Once inside head upstairs to your spacious suite with a great-room feel. The perfectly equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and living room with instant-on gas fireplace. The bedroom with comfortable queen bed is located just off the great room and across from the stackable but large washer and dryer. The cool marble floors in the bathroom open up to a spacious shower with adjustable shower heads and a large vanity with plenty of fresh linens! Guest access Guests will have access to the upstairs apartment for their exclusive use. This includes kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom and w/d. Other things to note Property Notes: Need to sleep two more? Ask about our guest suite with its own private bedroom and bathroom located on the ground floor. Each apartment has their own keypad for easy access. The only shared space is an entryway where you can find maps and guides to the local area. Renting both spaces allows you to comfortably sleep 5 people. Virtual Check-In: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require guests to complete a virtual check-in process within 48 hours of booking, which includes signing a rental agreement and submitting a government issued ID. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until this is completed. Once completed, you'll have access to our digital guidebook with complete check-in instructions and local recommendations. Damage Waiver: Your reservation total will include a $50 damage waiver fee. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage up to $500 that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property.
