Swimming pool is heated between the months of November until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees. Pets stay without additional fees. The pool is professionally heated and maintained at a comfortable 85°F (29°C) from November through April, ensuring a pleasant swim even during the cooler months—at no additional cost to guests. Please note: While we strive to maintain the temperature consistently, during rare periods when outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F (4°C), the pool may not reach the full desired warmth due to natural limitations. However, this occurs infrequently, and most days still offer a refreshing and enjoyable swim. Whether you're taking a morning dip, lounging poolside with a book, or enjoying an evening under the stars, the pool is a guest favorite all year round. Other things to note Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules. -Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge. -No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee. -No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. -Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you. -No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
