Just minutes from Skiatook lake. This beautiful farmhouse has everything you and your guests will need for a relaxing and fun filled retreat. With 5 bedrooms, we can accommodate both a romantic getaway, bachelor/bachelorette weekend or a family reunion. There is a saltwater hot tub and heated saltwater pool onsite, as well as a stocked pond for fishing & arcade games. The home sits on 20 acres of land perfect for rest and relaxation with a gorgeous views of the Osage Hills. The space This rustic ranch is cozy and spacious to accommodate many different types of getaways. We have fishing, a heated pool and hot tub. There are also dvds, a Chromecast so you can stream from your own services, high-speed internet, board games, arcade games, and two additional gaming system onsite for your use. Guest access Guests will have full access to the guest house, hot tub, back field pond, and heated pool. Guest may use any spaces on the property except for the wedding ceremony and reception spaces and should not approach the other guest house on the far West side of the property or the pond immediatly behind that house. You will be the only people on site at your location. We only open dates for Airbnb when we do not have a wedding or event. The hot tub is open all year. The heater on the pool is a residential pool heater, it's not a $50,000 heater like they have in a hotel it allows us to open the pool much earlier in the year. It is usually open in Mar but it is weather dependent as the heater is a heat pump. It also lets us run it much later in the fall and usually is open until the end of Oct or a little later if we are lucky. Airbnb requires that I say the following. Keep in mind I am required to say this. We can accommodate a large family or group but you "cannot call it a party or event" when booking through Airbnb. So make sure you use verbiage like a reunion, get together, relaxing vacation, etc... If you would like to use the spaces that are not included please contact us for special pricing. Just keep in mind that Airbnb has a policy stating that "you can't have a party or event" in these spaces. "It would be strictly for groups that might need a little more space to spread out". Please read their policy for additional details. Other things to note Please note that base pricing is for 4 guests. Please make sure that you have an accurate guest count input into Airbnb for correct pricing for your party.
