Condo in Ephraim

Our bright, clean, cozy, ground-floor condo is just a block from the water in Ephraim. There is 1 bedroom (queen) and a sleeper sofa in the living space (queen). There is a spacious bathroom with shower/tub and large vanity. Shower and toilet area are separate from sink/vanity area. Walk right out onto your own private patio which connects to our spacious yard. Full kitchen w/ stove (small oven/stove), fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, cookware, dishes, glassware & dishwasher. The space Our cute and cozy condo is just a short 5 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores and even shorter walk to the water! It is a ground floor unit - no stairs to worry about. Check in is super easy – we provide you with a lockbox code the day of your arrival. Our private entrance is inside, so you'll always feel safe and secure (and warm in colder months). The bright, clean bedroom has a queen bed with two bedside tables with drawers and a TV equipped with cable. The living room offers a large, comfortable couch that pulls out into a queen size sofa sleeper. There is also a comfy, modern chair to curl up on. The living room has a flat-screen smart TV (equipped with cable) where you can access your Netflix, Prime or Hulu accounts. The bathroom is large and includes a tub/shower combo and large Quartz vanity/sink. All towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hall closet between the bathroom and bedroom has extra towels if needed, plenty of hanging space for clothes, an ironing board and iron, a large portable fan, a step stool (in case the cabinets above the fridge are out of reach) and a luggage stand. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave (located in front closet), toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and dishwasher. Brand new crisp, clean white appliances installed on 1/30/21. New Quartz countertops installed on 5/13/21. Basic cooking pans and cooking utensils are included, as well as plates, glassware, mugs, and silverware. Salt, pepper and a few other seasonings are provided for cooking meals at the condo. We are happy to provide you with an initial stash of coffee k-cups. There is a breakfast counter, as well as a 4-person dining table. Please note the stove/oven is a compact size. The living room has an air conditioner for warm summer days. The large windows and sliding patio door face the beautiful yard (private patio however it is a shared yard space for all 14 units). You also have your own private porch with relaxing chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon book or evening glass of wine. We know you'll be very comfortable in our space during your stay. We will leave you a booklet filled with answers to common questions, house rules, restaurant recommendations, things to do during each specific season, check out instructions and more. Enjoy your time in quaint Ephraim, Door County! Guest access You have access to the large yard and grilling area. There is laundry right outside your condo just across the hallway. Washer is $1.50 and dryer is $1.00 (quarters only). Other things to note Please avoid having shoes on inside the condo if they are dirty! No pets allowed (this is not up to us - it's the condo association rules, unfortunately). No smoking anywhere on the property. It is a quiet building. Please follow the quiet hours between 11pm–7am. Check out procedure: -Please place all used towels in the laundry basket before you check out. -Place all used dishes and glasses in the dishwasher and start before you check out. If you only have a few dishes feel free to wash them in the sink and leave them on the drying pad. -Remove all personal items from the fridge and cabinets. Check under the bed and furniture for anything left behind. -Place all trash and recycling in the correct receptacles located off the parking lot (garbage dumpster is behind wooden enclosure, recycling bins are just outside of that). If the trash is not full you can leave it in the condo and we will use the same trash bag when we clean! -Please sign our guest book before departing! Let us know when you have checked out. Thanks!
