Perfect for Families- Beautiful Home in Ohio City

Our 100+ yr-old home is 3,000+ sq ft. with a double-staircase that leads to 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor, & 5th bedroom master suite on 3rd floor. We're in Ohio City, 2 miles from downtown. Perfect for families & holiday gatherings. Toys & games, large yard, and b'ball hoop will keep the kids busy. Firepit, dinner on the back porch, pergola with intimate seating, & lounging on the front porch provide lots of area to spread out. The space To be very clear, the house is our home. We live here so you will see our clothes in the closets and photos on the walls. We rent it out when we're on vacation. The upside is that you'll have a comfortable, fully stocked home, with anything you need to have a great stay! First floor features a living room with stained glass window, formal dining room with gas fireplace and chandelier, family room with 65" TV (includes Netflix/Amazon), gourmet kitchen and 1/2 bath. Eat-in diner-style counter in kitchen with movable island that also opens up for additional eat-in space. Back porch, off kitchen, has an iron wrought dining table for four. We can set up a picnic table for four if requested. New memory foam queen size beds, and one king, in large 3 bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom (w/king-size bed) is a dedicated guest room with adult furnishings. The other two bedrooms (queen-size beds) is our daughters'. All bedrooms have desks. A trundle daybed (two twin size mattresses) in the fourth bedroom. Double sink vanity and soaking tub in 2nd floor bathroom. King-size bed, and twin-size daybed, in the primary bedroom (3rd floor). Recently remodeled en suite which features marble floors, jacuzzi, double vanity, bidet and steam shower. There is also a gym area with treadmill, free weights and spin bike in the basement. Long driveway accommodates several cars, back-to-back. Large backyard features pergola with stone patio, hammock, and a firepit is available. Large front porch includes seating and swing for neighbor watching. Guest access Washer/dryer is available in the semi-finished basement for your use. Treadmill and spin cycle, with TV, and yoga "studio" is in the basement. Lots of board games are available. Coffeemaker, toaster, blender, etc. all are available. A grocery store and the West Side Market are nearby so you can cook up great meals! Other things to note The house is our home so we ask that you treat it gently and lovingly. 3 night-minimum stay. $15/night per guest after 10 people. No cleaning fee! PLEASE do not flush down wipes (even if it says "flushable") or feminine products. The plumbing is old and will clog (it's happened before and cost over $1K to fix). Our home is perfect for families, but is not for "guy's weekends" or parties.
