Welcome to our Newly Launched Chinoiserie EnSuite! A romantic room with timeless elegance, a spacious 240sqft of serene retreat after a long busy day! The community is nestled high up on the hill but close to amenities a big city would have and it's quiet and peaceful. We are about 30 miles from Denver and about 30 miles from Colorado Springs, and 44 miles from Denver Airport. Only about a mile away from the nearest stores, restaurants, shops and groceries and about 4 miles from Outlet Mall. The space Be one of the first guests to experience our sophisticated Chinoiserie-inspired en-suite that displays varieties of treasures from the Far East. This exquisite spacious room is your glamorous home away from home that offers luxuries and comfort, with attached large 4 piece private bathroom complete with toiletries, various hair styling tools, bathroom necessities and plenty of plush towels including Pool Towels. Relax in luxury and comfort of a King size bed padded with memory foam and covered in high quality bedsheets woven from premium 850 thread count of 100% Egyptian cotton and real down comforter! The sumptuous bed has plenty of pillows and soft comforter(s). The headboard has usb ports outlets, 2 ports on each side for your convenience. And more clean pillows and blankets are provided, all stored in your closet for your convenience. This lavish Ensuite has plenty of clothes storage, with lots of hangers in the closet. There's also a laptop table and a 3.2 cu. ft. Mini Fridge for your foods and drinks. The room also boasts a 61-inch HDTV with access to 4K Chromecast. For your convenience a large programmable coffee maker is available in your room. I take pride in care of our health and cleanliness! Hence, I personally sanitize all the bed linens, all the pillows are steamed and all comforters are washed after each guest! And to ensure that the entire bed is fresh and clean, all linens, pillows and bed is brushed with lint roller before and after sanitizing and steaming. Even cabinets and door knobs are sanitized. I designed Chinoiserie EnSuite with sophistication, beauty and functions in mind and to reflect the origin and history of the Chinoiserie decor mixed with my own original designs. Your room is on the SECOND FLOOR, and the number of steps on the stairs is 16 steps high. We do require with all bookings the following information listed below to be given to the host at the time of booking. 1. Your full name if not stated on your profile 2. Full name of your guest 3. Current State and city of residence 4. Your Current phone number and of your guest BATHROOM: Your very own private 4 piece bath! Lots of plush fresh bath towels and more stored under the sink cabinet. Hair dryer and curling irons are also under the sink cabinet. Every single towels you see in the bathroom are not for decorations only, that includes face and hand towels. They might look like decorations but they are all fresh and clean ready for you to use! There is a powder room/toilet on the main floor and has a bidet. KITCHEN: In the kitchen on the main floor, you will find our hospitality section. Although you have your own coffee machine in your room, but please help yourselves to some fresh brewed coffee (coffees are brewed 3 times in the morning for freshness: 07:30, 09:30, and 11:00), and variety of flavors of tea bags from around the world. Coffee creamer is kept in your fridge. You’re welcome to use the microwave and toaster-oven anytime! ****Gas Stove is accessible with minimum of 7 nights booking. I only own a 316Ti Stainless Steel cookware and you are welcome to use them! DINNING AREAS: There are 3 proper dining areas, one in the breakfast nook, one at the formal dining room and one outdoor on the terrace. And if you wish, you are also welcome to enjoy your meal or beverage on our veranda below the terrace. On a beautiful day, you may enjoy your breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on our large comfortable granite table on the terrace. Both outdoor spaces are perfect lounging areas to unwind after a busy day. Take advantage of the stunning view of a large open area that boasts the beauty of nature where you can unwind peacefully and breathe the fresh air of the mountains of Colorado. LAUNDRY facility is available for a minimum of 7 nights booking. Laundry detergent and softener are included. OUTDOORS: You’ll fall in love with our luxurious and spacious house , 5000 sq ft, roomy enough to give you privacy. There are two levels of outdoor living spaces. It has a big terrace and a spacious but comfortable veranda, both with a view of a beautiful meadow on the ridge and at a distance a view of the clubhouse and the pool. Feel free to enjoy your meals outdoors in our terrace on a beautiful mornings and evenings. If you do just let me know so I can provide you a linen table cloth, but of course you’re more than welcome to use the table without any table cloth. DOOR ACCESS - It's a SELF-CHECK-IN access! Please Lock the front door behind you! We have an electronic keypad at the front door, so no keys are required. You’ll have your own key to your room for your own privacy. PARKING IS FREE! You may park on the street next to the fence across from our house. Next to the fence is our visitors’ parking. You may pull to our driveway to unload and load your car. STAIRS: Your room is on the second floor and the stairs is 16 steps high. IRON and ironing board are available upon request. GUESTS STAYING FOR 2 WEEKS or MORE: We keep a clean house and would like to keep our guests comfortable and happy, but ONLY with your permission, of course, on every 8th day of your stay with us, your bed linens will be replaced with fresh ones, towels would be washed and your room and bathroom would be cleaned and sanitized. Guest access POOL: Our private community pool is OPEN every summer season! The pool is conveniently located a block away from our house. Our guests may have access to it with our own resident-key fob, but we kindly ask for a $50 deposit for the key fob via P.A.Y.P.A.L or V.E.N.M.O. Your deposit will be refunded to you on the same day you return the key fob. Your deposit will be refunded to you via the way you paid. Dedicated Pool towels are in your bathroom cabinet. Reasons why we ask for a deposit--- Lost key fob is $50 a piece to get it replaced and it takes an inconvenient two weeks or more to get it mailed to us. TENNIS Court and BASKETBALL Hoops: Good news!! Tennis court, basketball hoops are free access to you. It’s located at the entrance of our community, about a mile away from our house. WALKING TRAILS: If you like to go for a short run or walk, our community trails are conveniently located near the house. The closest walking trail from the house is about a block away. There’s even a mini ROCK-CLIMBING WALL for novice (at the playground near the tennis court). Just remember to share the space with the other residents!
