Two Story Home across from Emory&Henry College

Charlotte's Nest is a quaint, two story home located across from historical Emory and Henry College. Take a stroll through our beautiful streets and enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of a small town. We are a short distance from Abingdon,The Virginia Creeper Trail,Grayson Highlands State Park,The Appalachian Trail and Bristol Casino. We are the perfect place to visit your children at E&H, your weddings at the beautiful E & H Chapel, or enjoy our beautiful mountains. The space This spacious home has approximately 2000 square feet. There are four bedrooms, three queens (two larger bedrooms have memory foam recliners in them also) and one smaller bedroom with two twin beds. There is a large living room, a formal dining room, large eat in kitchen, and two full bathrooms . A lovely private carport has a gas grill, patio table, and additional seating. There is High Speed Internet. The living room has a smart tv to stream all of your favorite shows. A Keurig coffee maker is provided and also a regular drip coffee maker. Regular coffee is provided along with creamer, sugar, etc. Spices, oil, cooking spray, salt/pepper are provided if you would like to cook or grill. All bedrooms have lamps with USB ports for your cell phones. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Guest access Keyless Entry on Carport Other things to note The 149.00 per night is for up to 4 people. Additional people over 4 is 5.00 per night. It calculates this when you book, if you put the correct amount of people staying. We charge a small cleaning fee, so this keeps the cost down for those of you traveling with less and the ones of you with more pay more due to more cleaning and laundry. If you have more than the number of people you have booked for, that is no problem, just let us know and the additional fees will be added for you to pay before you leave. All of the bedrooms are upstairs so please make sure you are comfortable with your wee ones or elderly maneuvering those! Emory and Henry Campus store is open during the week for drinks, snacks, and clothing. You can walk to Piazza Bar and Grill and also Hot Shots Coffee Shop for that early morning treat. Within a 1O Minute drive is Starbucks, SBarro Pizza, Arby's, Pizza Plus, Subway, Sweet Ed's Diner and McDonalds.There are plenty of local restaurants and breweries in Abingdon and Damascus within 20 to 25 minutes of our home. No parties or large gatherings! We are in a quiet neighborhood of homes beside of the College. The fireplace in the living room can not be used for wood burning fires.
