Guesthouse in Sparks

This is a fantastic in-law/guest house located in a great neighborhood in Sparks, NV. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and modular sectional sofa that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate & convection oven), and a washer & dryer. The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe. The space The space is an in-law suite connected to the main house. The suite is separated from the main house by a door that remains locked during your stay. Similarly, there is a separate entrance for the guest suite located on the right side of the house. The space is mostly carpeted with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette and washer and dryer. It is fully furnished with a new modular sectional sofa, new TV, new burner, and new kitchen supplies. Guest access You have complete access to the guest house and are able to access the back yard.
