My house is in Amagansett 1 mile from the ocean beaches and 1 mile from the center of Amagansett Village. An easy bike ride to grocery stores, wine stores and all bars and restaurants in Amagansett village and East Hampton. We are a 5 minute walk to free public tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. An easy 15 minute car ride to Montauk. The space Open floor plan house 1 mile from the ocean beach in Amagansett. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Central Air, outdoor shower, cable, Wifi, front porch and back terrace, flowered garden, quiet street yet close to everything. Guest access You will have access to your room with en suite bath and a private entrance. There is a table and chairs outside for your personal use. The room includes a refrigerator ( with complimentary coffee, milk, breakfast foods and a nice dry white wine. There is also a coffee maker and an assortment of teas and coffee.
