The Cottage on Lake Wylie

Sit back, relax and enjoy this cozy waterfront cottage surrounded by windows and gorgeous views of Lake Wylie. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and plenty of space for relaxing. Good times await from the dock with the swimming ladder and floats. Rent a boat and explore the shoreline, or bring fishing poles for some old-fashioned fun and relaxation. Or just kickback and enjoy the wildlife and serenity from one of the two outdoor areas, complete with comfortable chairs, deck and boat dock. The space The Main Level has three bedrooms, and 3 baths: (1) Master Bedroom with King bed and great lake-view. (2) Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a great lake view (3) Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds. Other things to note - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS *Feel free to use our home to host small gatherings, but please be mindful of noise and activity level. - 10 PEOPLE MAX *(with exceptions granted by Host) We are committed to our lovely neighborhood and ask that you treat it as if it were your own (or better yet, your grandmas!) - NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. *If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding. - PETS *Yes, we are pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee of *$100.00, per pet, for guests staying with a pet. Please message us with information regarding your pets age, size and breed. * If rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate without refund or be charged for extra fees
