Welcome to Charming Beach Condo. Our two bedroom, one bath condo is 20 feet from the sand; contemporary and high end furniture and appliances, oceanfront condo with breathtaking views with an ocean view from every room. Relax on the balcony overlooking the direct beach. Get up early and enjoy the sunrise. The unit is on the 4th floor and has an amazing view of the ocean. All appliances are stainless steal and of high quality. There will be bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs provided. After a warm day on the beach sunbathing or shelling, cool off in the pool on your way back to the condo. Cook for yourself in the condo or visit one of the MANY local restaurants located close by. When relaxing in the condo you can watch cable TV or connect to the wireless internet. Enjoy a good nights sleep on one of the 2 queen beds plus luxurious air mattress. There is plenty to do at Jax. Beach and the good thing.... everything is close by. Check in 3:00pm and Check out 12:00pm You have full access to the condo, the pool and a private parking spot. There is also a storage locker which includes beach chairs and beach toys. Two brothers own the condo and we both live in Jacksonville Beach area. We can offer recommendations for restaurants, excursions and other activities. Other than that, we will stay out of your way and let you enjoy your stay. Guests love the neighborhood. Easy 1 block walk to beach, Starbucks, Brezzy coffee shop, .. Lots of people on bikes, walkers, joggers, skateboarders. I like to take Uber or Lyft up and down the beach only few bucks like $5 or $6. .. You can even walk to lots of places. A trolley stop is only 2 blks away. Charming Beach has been rented since 2006 with 5 star reviews at a different rental website. We take pride in providing the ultimate experience, you will have a great time!
