Private Room-The House Next Door

Our home is located in historic Faribault and within walking distance to Main Street shopping, restaurants and grocery. A bike trail is 2 blocks away, next to the river/kayaking.The home has been remodeled maintaining the original woodwork and stain glass windows. The main floor has a shared kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare and serve a meal, or just fix a snack. There is a dining room, family area, study and living room for our guest to use. The House has all the comforts of home. The space Bedrooms have 2 twin beds and most rooms share a bath. There are 3 second floor bedrooms, this listing is for one of the 3, all rooms have 2 windows to allow the sun in and great fall colors. TV is available in each room and also the main floor common areas. There is a washer and dryer for guest use. Private back patio with grill/BBQ for outdoor living. Guest access There is laundry in the basement for guest to use. Large open back yard for volleyball or yard games.
