Cozy The space The little water tower has a full kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, a new Roku flat screen tv with free Netflix, Dish Network fast WiFi, alarm clock, lounge chair and ottoman, dresser drawers, nightstand and a backdoor that leads downstairs into the backyard and garden. From the bedroom window, you can see the wildebeests and zebras at the wildlife sanctuary. Pretty cool. New fire pit table & chairs in backyard/garden area. private and super clean! Just one block from the center of downtown Point Arena. Coffee shop,bakery, Awesome old town theater, liquor store, one bar, oddfellows lodge, library marijuana dispensary,gas station,casino,historical town with it's unique coastal vibe. close to the ocean and even closer to the redwoods. Guests may use the backyard and garden area at any time. Guests parking is the entire driveway just a few feet from the water tower door. Guest access May use the backyard area anytime during their stay. it's work in progress, please bare with us.
