It is dedicated to visitors with its independent entrance; access stairs to the side of the house. New kitchen (florence style) open concept living room. Two bedrooms and a boudoir with 3 queen beds. A bathroom (2 sinks, bath, corner shower and washer / dryer). Attractions and services nearby. The space The apartment on the floor of the house - about 1200 sq.ft. - is totally dedicated to renting. We do not live in this one: we occupy all the ground floor and there is no interior access between the ground floor and this apartment. Guest access The outside access of the apartment is located on the side of the house. The door of the apartment is equipped with a digital lock that opens with an access code. This code will be provided when you arrive or via Airbnb messaging. Thus, you can enter and settle comfortably for your stay. Other things to note During the winter, you will have access to everything you need (one or more shovels and sand / salt) to clear the snow from the terrace, stairs and the path to the parking ... we call it "the joys of winter!" ;)
