FAILING TO DO SO, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RESERVATION Pool heating (linked to spa/jacuzzi) and BBQ fees are NOT included in this booking. Self-catering Home By renting this house you agree to the following terms and conditions: REMINDER NOTICE: You are responsible for printing and bringing the reminder notice that we will email to you when your final payment is received. The reminder notice will have the physical address of the community for your GPS, gate access instructions, the door entry code as well as some other important information. If you have not received this reminder notice with you final payment confirmation you must let us know prior to your arrival date. DOOR ENTRY CODE: The house has an electronic lock on the entry door with a numeric keypad. Your entry code will be active from 4PM on your arrival date through 10AM on your departure date. Your door code will be provided in your reminder notice that will be emailed to you upon your final payment. CHECK-IN is at 4:00 PM or after. CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM or earlier. You must check out by 10:00 AM; otherwise, any delays to the check-out give us a charge by the cleaning company is USD$ 100 per fraction and/or entire hour delayed on your check-out and this charge will be passed on to you via Resolution Center. We reserve the right to remove any luggage and other personal belongings from the house. OWNER: Owner shall provide all utilities, furnishings, towels, linens and starter bathroom supplies. Owner is not responsible for any utility or cable/internet interruptions during the guests stay but will make every attempt to have the utility/cable company restore their services as soon as possible. GUEST: Guest agrees to leave unit in the same condition as found. Furniture must be in the same location as when you arrived. Dishes, pots and pans must be properly cleaned as to not have any baked on food, all trash (water bottles, boxes, bags etc) must be picked up and put out for the trash during your stay and upon departure. Any damage to the unit will be your responsibility. You are responsible for making sure the condo is properly secured at all times. Owner assumes no liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury. **Service calls deemed none emergencies where a staff member made it out to the property and a non-emergency service was provided after hours will incur a $75 fee. Note that our ability to respond to unforeseen circumstances may very on a third party provider.** The house will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure. ZERO TOLERANCE: No pets allowed. As a reminder, please note that it is PROHIBITED any parties, events, and/or get-togethers to be placed in the property premises. We are happy to have you and your group to stay with us, but events WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Also, smoking is NOT allowed in any of our properties; not even in the private pool area. **You must be older than 21 years old to book this house.** _________________________________________________________________ HOA RULES - Sonoma Resort There will be a Roving Control Access person in the community every weekend (Friday & Saturday) beginning from 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM. This person will be responsible for addressing any parties and/or parking issues. Each Guest will need to provide proof of a Reservation. Please know, that if they do not have a reservation confirmation with the name of a management company/Owner, address of where they are going and travel dates they will not be allowed into the community until they can provide proof (on their phone or on paper). Each home will be allowed six (6) vehicles. There will be no parking on the grass nor street (*only driveway*), or the vehicle will be towed. Overflow parking is available at the Clubhouse or on Sonoma Boulevard, along the side of the construction gate (for now). Quiet time will begin at 11:00 PM. There will be no visitors allowed into the community (unless they have a reservation) after 11:00 PM. Staff will not allow loud music and all large groups, walking through the community will be asked to go home or leave the community. If there are any issues (parties or unruly Guests) the Police will be called (period).
