Amazing Mt View 1 bdrm Suite sleeps 4 (STR #673)

Enjoy beautiful views of the Mountains, less than a mile from downtown Leavenworth. An easy walk to Ski Hill's many hiking and mt biking trails. Bring your bikes and outdoor gear. Don’t worry about parking, just bike up the hill. There's plenty of room on your private covered deck to securely store all your toys. Leave your car at our place, it's a short walk to town. We can shuttle you to the Enchantments for a small fee. . The space Enjoy your morning coffee or tea sitting on the deck looking out over the valley with views of Tumwater and Wedge Mt. Or enjoy a BBQ dinner while watching the sunset. Read a book or take a nap in the hammock while listening to the birds. You'll have a small kitchenette with frig/freezer, gas grill, toaster, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, electric skillet and crockpot for making small meals. (NO KITCHEN SINK, no stove top, no hot plate). The only sink is in the bathroom. Our water comes from our well and goes through a softer, and filter. It tastes great. The area is private and only used by our guests while they are here. The suite is part of our home and has a private entrance. We do live upstairs. We are an active family and live above the suite. It can get noisy with the wood flooring, the pets, teens and visiting family. You will hear us and our dogs at times. We have taken measures to minimize the noise as best we can. There are white noise speakers at each bed and earplugs in the bed side table. Please be aware we are situated on the side of a hill. This is why we have such beautiful views. There are steep areas outside of the fenced yard. Please keep an eye on small children and do not allow them to climb on the fence. You will also need to be able to navigate outdoor stairs to access the suite. If you need to charge your vehicle while here, we have an outdoor outlet you can use if you bring your own charger. There are also several places nearby in town that have charging stations Guest access You have access to the entire downstairs area of our home, including the backyard. Other things to note We like to let our winter visitors know a few things before their visit. The snow in our area can be unpredictable. We usually get 4-5 ft of snow in winter. Please make sure your car has the proper tires and clearance for driving in snow conditions. Stevens, Snoqualmie and Blewett pass can require AWD or chains different times of the year. Please check the road conditions at WSDOT website, mountains pass report before you travel. We have a long gravel, slightly steep driveway that we regularly snow blow. It can get icy/slushy occasionally, if you have any problems getting up the driveway let us know. We recommend having an AWD, or FWD with winter or all season tires for driving in snow. If for some reason you get stuck on our driveway let us know immediately and we’ll do our best to get you unstuck If you need to charge your vehicle, please bring your own cord. We have a 220 and 110 outlet on the outside of the house you may use to charge your vehicle. The cord will need to be at least 20 feet long if changing in the winter due to snow
