Lovely, peaceful and cozy room ready for you to relax and recharge on your vacation. The space My place is in the quiet area of Myrtle Beach! All important things that you are looking for on your vacation are close, but location gives you peaceful experience away from crowds. House is located within: - 10 minutes drive to the beach - 10 minutes drive to Convention Center - 15 mins drive to Topgolf - 15 mins drive to Broadway at the Beach - 15 minutes drive to Boardwalk - 10 mins drive to Myrtle Beach International Airport - 15 mins drive to Market Commons. Dunkin Donuts, Walmart, Food Lion, restaurants, gas stations are only a couple of blocks away! Please, read the description and send me a code word in your booking message. Without the code word I will not confirm your stay! My house is located in charming neighborhood. The room is located on first floor close to the entrance door. Room is furnished with comfortable bed and pillows, closet and hangers for you convenience. I also have TV in the room with Roku TV and Netflix that you can use. The bathroom is right outside of your room. It is shared with other guests who usually stay in another room. I will provide house key after the check in. I have strict 10am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest check out is before 3pm, at $25 per hour. Please let me know in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule! I do have a cat Pepica and small dog Juro. They are both very friendly and know how to behave around guests. They will not bother you, but if you ever want puppy kisses and love, they are waiting for you with wagging tails. I don't let them in the guests rooms or bathroom. If you don't want them to come inside your room, please keep the doors closed. If you have read this far, the code word to include in your message is #GoodVibes. If you do smoke, you are more than welcome to smoke outside in my backyard. Backyard is fully furnished and fenced so can enjoy it anytime.
