This two bedroom apartment is located just a couple blocks from night life, restaurants, shopping, a movie theatre and grocery stores. It's located only one mile from the beach and includes two bikes to use during the rental. You'll also have access to a surfboard, a cooler and a beach umbrella as well! This apartment has all the amenities you could need, making it easy to unpack and unwind. If you have a vehicle, the street parking is free and easy to find in our residential neighborhood. The space I can provide an additional mattress that can be used in the living room if there are extra guests. Guest access The entire apartment is yours and only yours. However, the apartment is part of a triplex. Because of that, you’ll be sharing the laundry, stairway, and backyard area! Other things to note There is a single flight of stairs you’ll have to go up as the apartment is on the second floor.
