The space is clean, newly remodeled in 2025, and fully outfitted for you to feel like you are at home. Enjoy your coffee while sitting on the newly updated screened-in lanai. The bed is king-size with a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo is NO SMOKING/NO PETS. The building offers an elevator, on-site laundry (coin-operated at $0.75 per load), and well-manicured grounds. The property offers a heated pool (shared with other condo members), tennis courts, and a semi-private pay-as-you-play golf course. Your parking spot will be an end-spot in a carport - protect your vehicle from the sun! Due to association restrictions, an association application and approval are required, along with a $100 non-refundable application fee. PLEASE NOTE: If you are an international traveler, the application for the association will take a minimum of 6 weeks from receipt by the association.
