Unique layout. 4BD/3BA, multilevel house with swimming pool. Half block from the beach. WiFi, Garage and more! The house is an Octagon, with main living area on the 2nd floor. Ground floor is the garage! Three bedrooms are on the second floor, and a spiral staircase takes you to bedroom/loft #4 located on the 3rd floor. Each room has ceiling fans, and the property features central AC, 3 Smart TVs and fast internet and a private swimming pool. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. The space There are 7 beds (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls and 3 Twins) that accommodate up to 11 guests The house has a laundry area downstairs, and the 3rd bathroom is right next to the swimming pool so your guests do not have to go up to the house when in the patio area! The swimming pool is NOT heated. The garage is low profile (only vehicles lower then 5ft 9in please) Other things to note **** Weather events, including tropical storms and hurricanes, are not accepted reasons for cancellations, re-scheduling, or refunds (unless there is a government mandated evacuation or shutdown). We highly recommend to acquire Travelers or Cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect your travel/vacation investment. **** Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels.
