Manzanita House is centrally located in Sierra Vista, yet perfectly quiet, located on a cul-de-sac. You have many places to see and things to do: Kartchner Caverns, Chiricahua National Monument, Amerind Museum, Tombstone, and Bisbee; hiking and biking, bird & butterfly watching, or just enjoying our beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We offer two options: B&B stays for a 3-day minimum or whole-house rental discounted for week-long or longer stays. Our price is consistent throughout the year The space The house is 2,000 sq ft, fully furnished. Along with the three bedrooms, you have a couch in the living room and a foldout double-size futon in the front room, comfortably sleeping up to 8 people. You have two outdoor chairs and a couch on the front porch to enjoy views of the Huachuca Mountains any time throughout the day or evening. You have a table and chairs and two lounge chairs on the back patio for your evening refreshments. You also have use of the Weber barbecue grill. The backyard is nicely landscaped, along with a putting green. We have pitching wedges, putters, and golf balls, should you not bring your own. We have space to park an RV and/or trailers on the east side of the house in an enclosed area. Guest access You have full access to the house, garage, and yard. However, the landlord does retain the right to have maintenance and servicing done (e.g., HVAC annual check, pest control spraying, etc.) We also retain access to the backyard to check the plants and refill the bird feeders. We will always notify the tenant when such actions will occur. Other things to note This is a NON-SMOKING home. For three-day stays, we will have the typical amenities for you. For stays longer than three days, you are responsible for your meals, laundry, and maintaining the house as if it were your own.
