Enjoy a quiet getaway in this second floor, one bedroom apartment. My wife and I take great pride in our homes and we live 200ft away. This is our first go with an AirBNB. The walkout balcony is really unique. This is a second floor unit and the indoor steps are carpeted with a sturdy railing, but they are somewhat steep. If you have trouble with steps, you may want to shop around. Washer and dryer available in the basement upon request. We like to rent the unit, clean the place, and let it sit for a while to "rest." That ensures that things are clean for the next guests. We take this seriously. Guest access You get the entire apartment. It is two bedrooms, but the second bedroom is basically a walk-in closet. We did this intentionally to keep the occupancy down. Looking for something larger? Consider booking the downstairs unit as well.
