Private Executive Suite (Apt. I)

Located in one of the safest subdivisions in the city, this executive apartment has a large bathroom, a walk-in closet with ironing board, a fully equipped kitchenette, a large living room, a television, high-efficiency internet, a dishwasher, air conditioning and heating, and lighting for working. There is a cleaning service once a week for the suite and the bed linens are washed. The space A very quiet place, ideal for long-term business trips where you want privacy after the workday. Guest access A service person will perform general cleaning of the room once a week, this includes floors, bathrooms and change of bed linens. As part of our service to guests, a large laundry room is available in the common areas, which is shared with two other apartments. As an additional service, you can request washing of dishes and daily cleaning.
