Only 25 mins from Syracuse and 8 minutes from shopping and dining on the route 31 corridor, you can get away from it all without going far! The space Recently having undergone a major renovation, we seek to create a comfortable atmosphere for your family vacation. Plenty of room for the kids, a refined master suite with jacuzzi tub and private deck, mom and dad can relax while the kids enjoy the lake, nature or even the smart TVs available in their spaces. A fully supplied kitchen and musical instruments will invite your creativity to shine! Kitchen has Toaster, blender, stand mixer, hand mixer, Keurig, Moccamaster, electric kettle, slow cooker. propane grill and barbecue utensils provided Other things to note 3 kayaks, a row boat, 2 bicycles are available for guest use, as well as some fishing equipment. Please bring bait and tackle that you might want, as well as life jackets. Life Jackets must be worn when using any provided water equipment. We recommend bringing water shoes as well. This is a very natural lake and the bottom can be mucky in areas. There is a dock in front and the floating raft is part of the property. The raft is often the favorite part for the kids! During the winter this is absolutely GORGEOUS! Snowshoeing and cross country skiing paradise! This is right along snowmobile trails and would be a great stop on your snowmobile adventures. Our home is right off of the Cicero Snow Owls trails. NOTE - Snow mobiles are NOT permitted on the lake itself, just the roads to access the very nearby trails.
