Floor to ceiling windows will have you gazing DIRECTLY at beautiful Black Butte throughout your stay. *Effective 1/1/24: All posted rental rates include your resort fee that Black Butte Ranch Resort charges for access to the resort amenities. Homeowners remit payment to the resort and do not retain any of this fee. The space This home is great for all. Whether its a family or friends vacation, or a smaller more intimate getaway, it will suit your needs. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and ample living space, the house can accommodate up to nine guests. The home features a wrap-around porch, big yard, and a hammock during warmer months. There is gorgeous local and unique art throughout the home. In the garage you’ll find a ping pong table and pop-a-shot basketball. Inside the coffee table in the living room you'll find a variety of fun board games. Please do not park in the garage. Please do not park in our yard. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Parking passes and gate access are issued through BBR Welcome Center and any fees for access is paid directly to BBR. Motorcycles are not permitted in the ranch. Other things to note *Please note that the nightly rental rate includes a resort fee for access to the indoor/outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, exercise facilities, bike paths, and more. **Sorry, no events, commercial use or photography (without consent), weddings or wedding-related parties are allowed at this home.** -This is a NON SMOKING rental. Smoking is not permitted inside OR outside on the home’s property. Winter Weather/Driveway: Beware in icy conditions, the driveway is steep. During winter months you have to have four wheel drive and chains/traction tires for the driveway and hill on our street. We will work to have the driveway clear upon arrival, however it will be your responsibility to maintain during your stay. We cannot control the weather and severity of snowstorms, so we cannot guarantee the driveway will be clear. De-icer and shovels are supplied in the garage. Firewood: Guests should plan on supplying their own kindling and firewood.
