Private space in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Walking distance to Wal-Mart neighborhood market. 15 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to St. John's Town center, 20 minutes to downtown, less than 10 minutes to the Avenues Mall and much more! If you have additional guests, they may also sleep on the trundle bed in the loft. The space The loft is a great spot for you to work or study with a work desk available for you. Also, if you have a group of more than 2 people, 2 of them can sleep on a day bed, that can be easily converted into a king-size bed. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room, upstairs loft, restroom and their room, but not forget all that areas, (except the booked room) - areas to share with me and other guests. During your stay I will be home most of the time, but will give you your privacy. You have use of the kitchen, living room, and upstairs loft.
