Luxury 2 Bedroom Suite on Loreto Beach Resort

This 1,960-square-foot suite features a huge terrace, with ocean, golf course, or mountain views. The Two Bedroom Suite has a master bedroom with an ultra-plush king-sized bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and its own private bathroom, while the expansive living room includes a queen-sized sofa bed, and an additional bathroom (3 total) for the absolute comfort of all guests. These units are equipped with a full-size kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer & TV. The space 6 Adults OR 4 Adults & 2 Kids: 1 King Bed // 2 Queen Beds // 1 Sofa Bed // 3 Bathrooms *Whats included* ---ABOUT THE UNIT--- This listing is a part of my timeshare/private residence ownership. Please inquire about availability as this works on live inventory. If the suite shows that it is unavailable please reach out to me as I have an extensive inventory. If something shows as available since this works on live inventory there is no definite that it will be available. I will only accept your reservation if the room is available as I have to book on my end first before accepting any reservations here. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions. ---OCEAN VIEW--- An ocean view room is not guaranteed as you will have to inquire upon arrival to the resort (based on availability). Upon arrival you can request a beach room however it is not guaranteed that you will get the ocean view you desire. If there is a lot of availability they typically give it free of charge however if it is a high peak season (Covid has many more travelers now vs. before) then they may charge for the ocean view suite. If you specifically want a beach view, again there is no 100% guarantee. Typically the resort is really good with trying their best to get you the requested room you desire. You may be able to definitely reserve it however you would have to talk to the front desk at time of arrival. They will then let you know how much it would be to upgrade to an ocean view room if not given complimentary. Room photos are only samples, the arrangement of furniture and view of the balcony may vary depending on availability. Guest access --ACCESS--- Guests will receive full access to everything on the resort. The only thing not included is all inclusive meals which can be purchased for an additional price of $119 per person, per day (3 day minimum is needed UNLESS purchasing at the resort which MAY be the same price, more or sometimes cheaper). There is a $3.50 resort fee per day that will be charged at checkout. Wifi/internet is also additional per device. Wifi is around $10 per day. --Digital Nomads--- For my digital nomads that need the internet to do work, the internet is additional, however the strength of the internet may not be as strong for zoom calls/etc. Please be mindful of this when booking. Seven. *Additional Services* -Message for prices- Shuttle service at the resort is $20 per person both ways (getting a taxi may be cheaper). If you wish to book the hotel shuttle it must be done NO LESS than 3 days prior to arrival. You can always request on the same day however it is not suggested as they generally will not do it. I can also recommend car services. Special occasion packages (birthday, anniversary, etc.) Trip Planning (activity booking, tickets to events, restaurant reservations: please note that some restaurants at the resort are first come first come serve and cannot be reserved ahead of time, etc.)
