The space This listing is a lovely 2 BR/2 Bath family style home. Clean as a whistle, stylish, and organized. Large master BR with walk-in closet, queen bed, and large his/hers bath with 2-head tile shower. Huge eat in kitchen with all the amenities for good cooking. Washer and dryer. 2nd bedroom is at the opposite end of the house, and has an ensuite bathroom with tub. Large living room with cathedral ceiling. The vibe of the house is modern and light, with artistic touches. Surrounded by 7 acres of grass and trees, the setting is super private and quiet, but not isolated. 10 minute drive to TIEC--good for night check! Guest access Guests may use all areas of the home and yard. Other things to note We love dogs more than you can imagine and do allow them with previous approval. Our first priority, however, is providing top class accommodations for humans. To that end, all dogs must follow a few rules so I can be respectful to the next guests. 1. All dogs MUST be crated if you leave the premises and the dog(s) are in the BNB without you. We know that they can be sneaky and often need to be cleaned up after. 2. For the consideration you and of the next guests, we charge a nightly pet fee of $25 per pet to cover wear and tear. We are not a kennel and the house must be respected. Multiple pets and multiple nights can be negotiated at a discounted rate. 3. Please have your pet on current flea medication. 4. If your pooch(es) has muddy paws, please wipe them clean in the alcove. There is a hose on the grill side of the house if the situation is particularly messy. We have towels available for them and a waterproof pet blanket for their comfort. 5. If there is dog hair, dirt, or damage left behind, we will charge an hourly fee of $25 for pet cleaning and the actual cost of any damage repair. Thank you!
