Cozy Studio in Central Location

This studio is 2 blocks from the Macarthur BART station. A 2 minute ride by car. Having a car is ideal for this location. Apartment is on the top floor. You are next to one unit and above another. Guests staying should be comfortable in urban environment. Working class emerging neighborhood. You'll encounter people from all walks of life here so we'd only recommend booking if you're comfortable in urban setting. The space You have all the amenities you would need for a short or longer stay. There is a washer and dryer in a shared space for guests to use while staying. While the space is compact, it is intentional. Staying here means you’re returning to your room to a comfortable place to rest. However we highly recommend getting out and going into the city to enjoy your time here! This rear facing unit is located on the top floor above one unit and next to another. There are about 25 steps to the front door. The apartment is equipped with a full size fridge, 4 burner gas stove, microwave, and toaster oven for light cooking. There is a ceiling fan and an in-wall heater unit. There is no air conditioning which is pretty common here in the East Bay. There is a queen bed, small dresser, some hanging bars for clothing, a small eating table that doubles as a desk space for your laptop. There is also a TV with Roku (which you can use to log into your account for access to streaming shows, movies, etc). Free Wi-Fi, cannot be plugged in via Ethernet. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. We have a small communal outdoor space in the same space as the parking lot and you will have full access and privacy to your studio apartment, a full bathroom with waterfall shower head over tub, small but functional kitchen to cook small meals, washer and dryer in shared space outside of apartment (we don't supply laundry detergent), coffee maker, basic cooking utensils (spatula, tongs, plates, a couple pots and pans, forks, knives, spoons), hangers, 4 burner gas oven, full size fridge, a small dining area that doubles as laptop working space (just think cafe), tv (no cable - local channels through antenna) + ROKU (for streaming on your own accounts), fast wifi We provide a few essentials for you upon arrival. We have a small amount of household items to get guests started for a day or two into the stay. However, guests are responsible for stocking their own paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, body wash, etc for the remainder of their stay. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 small washcloth per guest booked. Guests are responsible for laundering their own linens and towels during their stay.
