Welcome to amazing Galveston & our very special Condo We have remodeled & designed this space especially to ensure your comfort, relaxation & fun Located on the Seawall directly across from Babe's Beach 🏖 Our gated secure complex includes 2 pools, hot tubs, tennis court, fitness center, garden, BBQs, WIFI & more. Watch the waves roll in, smell the fresh salty air and feel the ocean breeze from your balcony while enjoying your favorite people or beverage. Memories to last a life time💕⛱🏝 The space Gulf view! Directly across the street from Babe's Beach! Close to amazing restaurants right on the Seawall. Walk to shopping, fishing pier and more! This is a busy area on the Seawall and has great access to many local attractions. We are excited to share our extremely unique Island with you!😃🌊⛱🐬🌴🍤🍹🍽 IMPORTANT! We are last minute available. If for any reason you receive a message that directs otherwise, please message us directly to assist! Guest access Welcome! Please be certain to obtain your parking permits, pool wrist bands and security gate codes at the front Lobby upon arrival. There is a separate one time Resort fee of $30. You will be provided with a map, Resort guidelines, wrist bands and parking passes. Please know your license plate number for faster registration 😃🚘🚗 Although condo check-in is at 4pm, you are most welcome to enjoy the pool if you arrive early. Front desk is unable to authorize or change any check-in or check-out times. All Units are individually owned and any changes must be authorized through your hosts! 👩‍💼👨‍💼 Resort Passes are good for all amenities 2 Pools, 1 Pool is especially designed for families with smaller children 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 (mushroom fountain pool), and the other is perfect for swimmers 12 years and over! 👵🧓👙 Enjoy either or both! Bbq areas with picnic tables on a 1st come basis. We provide 4 beach/pool towels for your stay. Court yard with fountain and flowers. 🌺🌴 Tennis rackets available at front desk. 🎾 Please return after use. We have a sweet computer room with a small library and some board games also located in the front Lobby. 📚 Laundry facilities located on the 1st level in the front of each building for your convenience. We are here for you! Upon checking in, if there is anything at all that is not as it should be, we would like to know immediately as to address it. You as the guest are 100% responsible to contact your hosts immediately. We assume everything is perfect if we do not hear from you. We welcome your suggestions and open communication! Smoking is permitted on our balcony. No smoking inside the Suite. Our downstairs neighbor does smoke and guests should be aware of the possibility that we have noticed the smell occasionally. There is a air filtration free standing system in the living area. This beautiful little Hideaway has direct complimentary access to 2 Certified Tourism Ambassadors for Galveston!! They are experts in things to do, places to visit and where to eat! Their VIP contact information will be provided in the unit and may be accessed during daytime hours. Please inquire about concierge services, special tours or requests! Co-hosts/Ambassador David and Grace are available to provide additional information. Important Note: Moscato Sunset Suite is a quiet Hideaway designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is not appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. IMPORTANT: COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED AT THE TIME NOTED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO REPORT ANY AND ALL ISSUES TO YOUR CO-HOSTS AT THE TIME OF OCCURRENCE. NO EXCEPTIONS! We assume you are 100% happy if we do not hear from you. Issues such as leaks or damage to property MUST also be reported immediately to hosts DIRECTLY at 830.377.5517. We will absolutely in no way honor complaints after guests have checked-out. NO Smoking inside the condo. We cannot ban other condo owners or guests from smoking in the vicinity, and guests should, of course be aware of this. Please consider other options if you are asthmatic or allergic to smoke smells. Please keep in mind that Galveston is a subtropical climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life. That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living. Check in 4pm. Check out by 11 am. We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk. We require valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your Airbnb profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund. Please be sure to disclose to all guests prior to check in (limit 5). Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests. A violation will end your contract and you will asked to vacate. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here! For your convenience we have set out a limited number of clean towels. 2 beach towels. We are an energy conserving Island and lovingly request that you hang them on appropriate hooks or bars. Should you require laundry facilities, we have washers and dryers conveniently located in each building. They accept debit and credit cards! Additional beach towels may be purchased at a nearby sundries shop or Walmart. Please be sure to obtain your parking pass(es), up to 2 vehicles at the Front Desk Lobby. The 1 time Resort fee is $30 per stay (up to 14 days). One time for your entire party and includes your tropical pool passes, all amenities and 24 hour security. Trash shoots are located at the end of each breezeway. Please dispose of garbage pail waste before checking out. A $25 trash disposal fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly. Trash chute is located 10 feet from front door. Please start dishwasher before departure. We will put the dishes and silverware in their appropriate places. 😃 Soiled towels may be hung in the bathroom for laundering at checkout time. Do not place linens on the floor please. We love pets, but the Victorian Condominiums Resort has a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. Please do NOT bring your fur babies!🙂 TRUE SERVICE animals are the ONLY EXCEPTION. ESAs MUST HAVE A LEGITIMATE ESA LETTER FROM A LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. We reserve the right to have this letter provided at the time of check-in. Obtained ONLINE CARDS or VESTS are NOT OFFICIAL WITHOUT THIS LETTER. Thank you. 🙂 Quiet time at the Resort is 10pm. Pool closes at that time as well. Please do not make up beds upon checkout.😃 You're on vacation and our team will take care of this! We love hosting and hope you enjoyed our Island Treasure as much as we do! ONLY the ACTUAL number of registered guests are permitted in the Suite. Any violation of this rule will result in loss of deposit and your party be asked to leave the premises. We value honesty and the City code regulations. Thank you for your cooperation. If you are visiting friends/family and would like to invite them during the hours of 10am-10pm please let us know in advance. We understand many of our new friends may be visiting loved ones. Host is not responsible for any personal items left in suite. Whenever possible if an item is recovered, we are happy to return it to you at your expense. 😃📬 Finally!
