This lovely community is central to everything; malls, inter/state, colleges, indoor poor, outdoor recreation pool, Bay Beach, Pensacola beach. downtown and next to the airport , but not on flight line. The community has local cycle/runners/ walker trails with a parks at each corner/ tennis courts/ dog parks- it’s a couples, healthy, and animal lovers dream area! No smoking The space The shaded patio area has a hammock to relax and unwind in with patio area to relax, unwind in the peaceful surrounding of birds and quietness. Hardwood floors throughout , personal locks on the door in bathroom just like living at home Great for reading, eating, sleeping or just to relax and unwind. Open kitchen with living room area gives you a free rooming space and dinning area . Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises. Guest access Guess will have access to their private bedroom, own private bathroom , the whole living room kitchen , dining area as well as full use of the washer and dryer along with the patio and back yard! There are board games , TV and patio with hammocks relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. During your stay I’m available by phone, and live in the house. Other things to note I do have one beautiful female German Sheppard, Harley who is 3 and very friendly. She love to chase ball, obeys all commands and will fall in love with you. Harley gets along with all dogs and even a cat, but plays with all the dogs at the park! I also am fostering a friendly cat “Luna”. This is due to military travels , she gets on with the dogs. Spends her days in living room , Florida room and sleeps in either. There is absolutely no smoking ok vaping permitted on this property. Free use of all condiments in the kitchen. Laundry room is used by any Guest who stay one week or longer! Must have owned detergent. You’ll be given a house key with your own bedroom door key for your ability to feel safe, secure at home & lock your door..
