This home is ideal for either: three-generation families or two or three families with kids or even four to five couples. The rooms are spacious all with memory foam mattresses. Great working kitchen and BBQ. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The property is ALWAYS in bloom with Crape Myrtles, magnolias, perennials, Asiatic Lillies, Black-Eyed Susans, roses, butterfly bushes, Birch trees, and a fig tree with fruits in the fall. The beach is private, on the bay and the shoreline is always changing. The V-bottom, saltwater pool (6' deep in the center; shallow on both ends) is lovely and great for basketball, volleyball, and other pool games. An outdoor shower which is loved by all, and a nighttime sky full of stars and the Milky Way! Guests will have full access to the property and its amenities. This includes access to a private beach which borders a beach preserve to the south. Kayaks and various pool and yard games. You will have 100% privacy for you and your guests. We have a property manager available for any problems that need immediate attention. Its a very private neighborhood with many seasonal homeowners where this is their retreat from The Daily Grind. There is open farmlands on two sides and while the beach is shared by a few homes the beach is typically empty and spacious. Please note: This property is NOT suitable for loud groups or parties !!! Loud music will not be tolerated. Thank you. The Town of Cape Charles is about 6 miles away where you can find a public beach, several great restaurants, two marinas, a bird sanctuary, live music in the park and an occasional parade. There is plenty of fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, bird watching, lots of quiet. The Norfolk airport is just a thirty minute drive. Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Please... no smoking inside and no pets allowed. Please try and keep rear deck and garage doors closed when using the A/C. Please... no glass around the pool and patio; we have plenty of nice plastic cups and dishes for poolside. Please take down the umbrella when windy; it will bend and snap if left open.
