Clean Home! Fully stocked eat in Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, 2Q bedrooms, 1 Full and 1 half bath. Side porch with comfortable seating and access to side yard and gardens. The space 1850's era home remodeled with modern amenities and farmhouse decor. Comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. Please note this is a two family home there may be people renting the second unit. Rest assured both spaces are private and quiet with private yards, fire pit and grill as well as a private coded entrance. We have done our best to soundproof but as its an older home you may hear noise on occasion from other guests. We ask all guest to respect the village quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Guest access Entire lower unit will be for your exclusive use. private deck for lower unit only and private yard with a fire pit for lower unit use only. Other things to note Please understand there is a short walk to the house. It is lit with motion lights at night but it is uneven as it is a stone walkway. Also please note this home was built in 1850.... some floors may be uneven and there is a slight step up or down into both bathrooms. Our driveway has room for approx 1-2 cars for each unit. please park on Lake street if you will be bringing more than one vehicle. NO cleaning fish inside the home!! There are fish cleaning stations provided in the state park and in the harbor. Please use those as the smell can linger for later guests and attracts wild animals to the property. Although we are in town we still have squirrels, raccoons, deer etc. If there is evidence found of fish cleaning on the property or in the home we will assess an extra $150.00 cleaning fee. We do have cameras on our driveway and walk ways for safety of guests and liability for owners. If you are bringing in extra guests and have not cleared it with the owner prior to your stay you will be charged the nightly fee per guest. We have a strict limit as this home was built in 1850 and as the villages sewer is not up to date like our home is it cannot handle more than the limit. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we have enjoyed bringing it back to life. Please treat our home as if it was your own and clean up after yourself. We have spent countless hours and a lot of money to make this home beautiful for you to enjoy. Please note If the home is left in poor condition we will assess a cleaning fee. Please be patient as we are slowly redoing our homes gardens. Prior to us purchasing it, it had been 10 years since the gardens had been cared for so we are attempting to bring it back to what it once was. As the seasons change we are slowly finding new things blooming. you may also find some deer that like to sleep in the flower beds. Take care not to approach but observe from a distance. Thank you!
