The home is walking distance to Herring Run Park & Lake Montebello, a 3 minute drive to Morgan State University, and only a 15-minute car ride to the Inner Harbor, Fells Point area, and John's Hopkins University. An ideal feature for guests who not not wish to climb many stairs -There is a 3-car parking pad on the property and free street parking immediately in front of the house. Guest access You will have full access to all areas within the apartment as well as access to the front and rear porch and parking lot. Other things to note There is a parking pad with enough space for 3 cars located in the front yard of the house as well as street parking available immediately in front of the house. Early check-in may be available starting at $35. Requests for early check-in must be made at the time of booking. Early check-in requests made after a booking was confirmed may be available starting at $50 or may be unavailable. Cameras are present at the entry foyer of the home and covering the exterior of the home. There are no cameras located inside of the listing. These cameras are in place to ensure the safety of each guest and ensure the information provided by the guest was accurate (i.e, the number of guests staying, purpose of booking the stay, use of the property). If the provided booking information was not accurate, Airbnb will be contacted and the guest's stay will be terminated. Any attempt to hold an unauthorized party will lead to the guests' immediate removal from the home and the reservation will be cancelled without refund.
