Entire Farmhouse Huge Deck Wildlife Horses Fishing

This farmhouse was built in the 1800's and is decorated in modern farmhouse style. It is located on a few acres of our horse and cattle ranch. You will be able to watch the miniature horses and cattle as they graze and play while relaxing on our 1,700 square foot wraparound deck. Star gaze and watch for wildlife. Eat outside on our two picnic tables. There is a pond on our neighboring farm. No wading or swimming. But you can fish! I decorate for Thanksgiving and Christmas! Enjoy holidays here! The space The house is decorated inside as modern farmhouse. There are touches of the original farmhouse. Old doors, the pantry with it's saloon type doors. Cozy and spacious. Large closets. A washer and dryer. Wooden floors, high ceilings in part of the house. On the deck there are groups of chairs and benches here and there. You can sit on any side of the house so that you can be out of the wind or out of the sun. Stargaze and enjoy the moon. Warm yourself around our fire ring or roast hotdogs and marshmallows. We ask that you provide your own firewood but please do not cut down our trees. The fire ring is located close to a water hose. The fire ring is only allowed when we don't have a county Burn Ban or when we are not experiencing dry conditions. But one spark could burn down everything on our ranch. Please make yourself aware of where the hose and faucet are before lighting a fire. There are photo ops here. Especially animals and wildlife. Wildflowers in the Spring. Birds and more. You will be allowed to fish on part of our ranch but no swimming. While the deck can be entered by three sets of steps, there is also a wheelchair ramp!
