Our place is located right next to the Pool and Hot tubs. Not far you can walk to the beach of Pineview Lake using the beach access on the North east corner of the development. Other things to note Do to the current water restrictions in our area we can not guarantee the 2 person hot tub on the deck will be available during your stay. The main Pool and Hot Tub are also under water and chemical watch to follow city guidelines. The pool is usually open from 9am-8:30pm on a regular basis, but can change without notice. The city has a strict water usage and due to this current restriction we are unable to do water changes. We try to keep the hot tub as fresh as possible but will be no refunds or discounts will be offered of any kind. If you are looking for a guarantee please book a different condo. Thanks
