Guest suite in Colorado Springs

Welcome to our lovely fully furnished private walkout. At 1230 sqft you have your own front room, master bedroom with king bed, double closets, detached bathroom, workspace (doubles as a room), and a fully equipped kitchenette. You'll have the whole place to yourself and complete privacy. Perfect for military TDYs and extended work assignments in the beautiful landscape of Colorado Springs. Sanitizer is stationed throughout the space, which is deep cleaned and disinfected between guests. The space Peaceful and quiet, this lovely walkout is located 6 mins from Sandcreek Trail, 8 mins drive from the local mall/plaza, Sprouts Farmers Market and Grocery stores. 20 mins from trendy downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado, and 23 mins from Garden of the Gods. Easy access to major roads and the I-25 to reach Peterson AFB and Fort Carson. Guest access You'll have your own completely private entrance and spaces; bedroom, bathroom, office, front room, and kitchenette along with access to the backyard and patio area. Off street parking. Other things to note I have two puppies a Goldendoodle named Holly and a Husky mix named Tabatha, who I let out into the yard a couple times a day. Both are friendly, well behaved, and approachable. The booking guest needs to have a fully verified account (ID, Email, phone number) and prior positive reviews and to register EVERY person staying at our property with full name by day of booking; ignoring this rule will result in cancellation. STAYING OVER of any persons not previously registered/booked and agreed to by host is NOT permitted. Absolutely no unregistered overnight guests or gatherings on the property whatsoever. No shoes in the house, please leave them on the shoe rack inside by the entrance. Front room fireplace does not currently turn on / work. Sanitizer is stationed at the entrance and other locations throughout the space. In addition there is a 70% Isopropyl Alcohol mister located at the entrance that can be used to decontaminate clothing and other items if needed. The space is fully disinfected and steam cleaned.
