The living space has a gas brick built fireplace for heat and ambiance. Over the fireplace in a smart TV and Wi-Fi is included. There is a ceiling fan for cooling. In addition a large efficient portable AC unit has been added that more than cools the space. The floors are a beautifully blue pine vinyl planking. Coke enjoy this brand-new space!
