There are THREE BEDROOMS - FOUR BEDS - ONE SOFA - ONE BATHROOM. ** NO STOVE ** ** This is a working ranch ** This is NOT - A suitable location for unattended children. - A pristine fully functional chef's kitchen - A trendy upscale dude ranch. - A perfectly clean location ** It is subject to all things associated with true on the ranch living meaning you are subject to that as well. ** It is a 100 year old fame house on a working ranch offering a place to rest sleep with work space tv and Wifi. 👉 Complaining - Virtue signaling after the fact is beneath us all. 🚫 Dont Be Disappointed ! Do Not book the Ranch for the great price and layout then have buyers remorse that it is really just a ranch. The kitchen area is a 2 burner cooktop and Elec. skillet = not suitable for cooking baking a 4 course meal There is an outdoor gas grill - enjoy! During Summer 2024 AC is set to 75 degrees only Guest access ** No access to livestock pens ** Feel free to enjoy the porch areas, yard and driveway. Posted Livestock pens and pastures are strictly off limits for your safety. Great Access to surrounding HUNTING - FISHING - OUTDOORS ACTIVITIES AND WILDLIFE from this location. Do not expect central heat - just air conditioning. Heat is baseboards, wall heat, and portable heat. There are wood floors. It is a real - simple - Ranch :-) The Ranch House is a no smoking area. Smoking is permitted on the porches. - BUTTS DO NOT GO IN THE FLOWER POT - Absolutely No access to livestock pens or ranch equipment.
