There are THREE BEDROOMS - FOUR BEDS - ONE SOFA - ONE BATHROOM. ** NO STOVE ** ** This is a working ranch and not a suitable location for unattended children. ** The kitchen is a 2 burner cooktop and Elec. skillet = not suitable for cooking baking a 4 course meal BUT take all that cooking to the outdoor gas grill - enjoy! It's just a simple ranch house - ranch house amenities.. ** No access to livestock pens ** Feel free to enjoy the porch areas, yard and driveway. Posted Livestock pens and pastures are strictly off limits for your safety. Great Access to surrounding HUNTING - FISHING - OUTDOORS ACTIVITIES AND WILDLIFE from this location. Text, email any time. The Camp Gruber Mountain and Cherokee Wildlife Management Area across from ranch are beautiful year around. Not a chef's kitchen - spa - or for the family reunion kitchen cooked feast Do not expect central heat and air - just air conditioning. Heat is baseboards, wall heat, and portable heat. There are wood floors. It is a real - simple - Ranch :-) The Ranch House is a no smoking area. Smoking is permitted on the porches. - BUTTS DO NOT GO IN THE FLOWER POT - put butts in the trash or provided trays. No one wants to be on their hands and knees picking up your used butts. Absolutely No access to livestock pens or ranch equipment. There are a couple mousers on the job that may come by to say, Hi. Please be kind - they on the job!
