There is an ocean facing living room with a large tv that opens up to the dining and kitchen area. 1 King Bed -1 w/ bunkbeds, max occupancy 4. *bed/bath linens NOT included *available for additional fee *min. starter supplies included *2 Dogs limit w/APPROVAL & $150 pet fee PER DOG. *guests age 24+ (children welcome) Checkin 4pm Check out 10am The space Steps to the sand! Guest access Private access at front of building from side steps Other things to note *We provide a starter collection of 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towels, one hand soap, trash bag, dish detergent, kitchen sponge and dishwasher pod. *pots/pans in kitchen *We have pillows and blankets available for use. **We are dog(2) friendly PRIOR APPROVAL and with $150 pet fee PER DOG *no cats **We do not provide bed/bath linens but can for an additional $100 fee. Request as soon as possible, late requests may not be fulfilled. *please note the washer/dryer is a one in all combo unit CHECK-IN 4pm CHECK-OUT-10am *checkin early (1pm) or late departure (noon) may be available upon request. If the change can be made, an additional $75 fee will be added and request made upon receipt.
