Bedrooms are separated by a large family room and kitchenette that opens to the outside patio. The "Boathouse' offers a quiet spot to spend time relaxing next to the lake with your own fire pit, swimming (sand bottom; shallow to 5' depth), dock for your boat and fishing. Guest apartment and lake access is separate from host living area and lake access to provide complete privacy for both. Park in driveway, entrance accessed from east side of main house. Boathouse and fire pit are separate from host living area to provide privacy for guests. Dock is shared by host and guests. Our neighborhood is very quiet and private, at the end of a dead end road, nestled in a valley surrounded by forested hills. Access hiking and mountain biking trails less than 1/4 mile away. Loons and eagles nest nearby as well as other bird species, deer, fox and other wildlife. Restaurants, shops and churches are 5-9 miles away. Boat access 2 miles; 3 restaurants on the lake for inside and outside dining or take-out. Golf courses: 3 within 8-12 miles 25 miles of new mountain biking trails: 1/2 mile to access.
