Tucked in the Blue Ridge foothills, our rustic farm stay offers a taste of wholesome living. Enjoy farm-fresh breakfasts with sourdough bread, eggs from our hens, and herbal teas. Meet our friendly horses, donkey, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats, or simply relax and soak in the peaceful views or a pool side nap. A cozy, restorative getaway where farm life and healthy living come together. The space Our retreat is located at the foothills of the Blue Ridge with a beautiful view of the mountain range in a quiet country setting. Your space is the entire lower level of our house with your own separate entrance. You can either take advantage of our farm setting, or enjoy our lovely patio, or the pool. We offer some unique experiences related to healthy living, from collecting eggs to enjoying some seasonal tastes of the farm, and some unique workshops such as sourdough bread or goat milk soap. (As time permits) This area is perfect for enjoying outdoor activities such as strolling in nature, hiking, kayaking, vineyards, horse shows at TiEC, as well as enjoying small town strolling with ample antique shops to choose from. We offer some additional healthy snacks and meals if you are looking to be pampered a little extra. Let us know in advance. We want you to enjoy your time here. We do not allow pets to be brought in the Airbnb. If you have children under the age of 9, please do not allow them to be at the pool or at the barn or pastures unattended . We offer private classes if interested centered around homesteading for additional cost. The classes depend on our availability and need to be scheduled before your stay.
