Welcome to my well-designed, colorful and girly townhouse! The whole home is recently entirely renovated from floor to ceiling! The community is quiet and safe, with plenty of free street parking just a few steps away. Conveniently located close to a major highway: Airport (a cheap Uber ride) x20 min Downtown Denver x20 min Boulder/Mountains x30 min Private bedroom & bathroom. Access to full kitchen & laundry, upon request. The rest of the house is reserved for the owner. NO SMOKING ACTIVITIES The space The private bedroom and bathroom is newly remodeled and furnished (along with the rest of the home), and is used only by guests (home is shared only with the owner, and not other guests). The entire unit is upstairs, so there are stairs first thing at the ground-floor front-door entry. You can have access to the kitchen and laundry (please bring your own soap) upon request. The rest of the space (including the living room) is privately reserved for the owner. The rest of the house is reserved privately for the owner. The house will not have other guests occupying it during your stay - it is only shared between the owner and one guest at a time! The kitchen and dining room are available for your use. Please leave things as you find them. Like a roommate would, please clean up after yourself, including doing your own dishes. If I have to clean up after you in the common areas, such as the kitchen, a cleaning fee of up to $50 will be applied. I have most kitchen appliances you would need, which can all be used at your request. Please DO NOT eat the owner's personal food. Please bring any food and supplies you'll use on your own. Eating in the bedroom is also not permitted. If you wish to use the laundry, please also let the owner know before doing so, as the machines may often be occupied with personal laundry. Please bring your own soaps if you wish to use the laundry. Entering the garage or the owner's personal bedroom and bathroom is absolutely not permitted. The living room and balcony is also reserved for private use by the owner only. During your stay I am ultra-responsive to any messaging within the Airbnb service! I want to help ensure you have a wonderful stay! I am self-employed as a photographer, so I may or may not be present during your stay due to a constantly changing schedule, but I do usually pop in and out throughout the whole day. I absolutely love getting to meet and interact with new people, including all of my guests! I love hearing people's personal stories, and getting to know a wide variety of people! However, I will also respect your privacy, and hope that you do the same! The living spaces are reserved for the owner, but are within an open floorplan, so let's be respectful of each other! Most importantly, I worked very hard to recently remodel my entire home all on my own. Please be extra respectful of my home so as to continue to keep it nice-looking and clean! Other things to note -Front door is on the side of the building, between the last two buildings. Please walk down the sidewalk between buildings to find my townhouse unit in the back corner. -My activities in the house are usually quiet, and I would like for you to respect that, nighttime quiet hours, and also my neighbors when it comes to noise levels. -I am looking for respectful guests who treat my home as if they were going to a friend's house (with manners). -There's a TV in the Airbnb bedroom, and you can access your Netflix and other subscriptions through the Voice remote. Speedy wifi and workspaces are also available.
