The unit is furnished with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, Keurig, full fridge, oven/stove , microwave. Smart TV - 42" Samsung Linens and towels are provided. You have rented a private rental. Please be advised that I am not responsible for any maintenance/repairs being conducted by the Resort that may be inconvenience during your stay. Guest access The Hawaiian Inn Resort is an original classic 60s. The hallways occasionally show their age. The unit has been re-modeled with spectacular sunrises. You have access to the studio with two queen size beds, kitchenette, full fridge, microwave, stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, linens and towels are provided and fully furnished to have a comfortable stay. WIFI - inside the room and throughout the building. Outdoor, Indoor pools, Tiki Bar, gift shop, arcade are now open. Come and enjoy this Unit, amazing beach and all new renovated pools and pool deck. Other things to note Outdoor pool, Tiki Bar, gift shop, arcade are now open. You do not need to stop at the front desk, a parking pass will be found inside the room hanging on the wall to the right side when you enter and to be placed on your vehicle. Upon departure please leave it inside the room, same location. Also you will find a key for the outside south side door and key to unit, it is hanging inside on the wall when you enter. Please leave it in the same place upon departure. WIFI - inside the room and throughout the building. The Hawaiian Inn is a 60s building and have no control of repairs or maintenance. You have rented a Privately Owned Unit. The Studio is privately Owned and located at the Hawaiian Inn Resort. No trailers or vehicles longer than 16ft or combined length w/trailer of 32ft are not allowed. No trailers parking during Bike week or Biketorfest. On the day of arrival prior to 3:00 PM you will receive a text message with the combination number to the keypad that is on the door. Please make sure that your cell number is provided prior to arrival. You do not need to check-in at the front desk. The condo is furnished with the following to get you started, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper ( 1 to 2 rolls), dish soap. Housekeeping services are not provided. Towels for inside the Condo: 4 bath, 4 hand and 4 wash clothes Beach Towels are not provided Please be advised that I am not responsible for any maintenance/construction being conducted by the Resort that will be inconvenience during your stay. This is a private rental and we do not have any control maintenance schedule or when they perform repairs and or maintenance on Resort facilities.
