Hickory Hill Farmhouse, Treetops Room

This room is one of four available at Hickory Hill, a working family farm set in the rolling Catskills upstate New York, 40 minutes west of Albany. There are sweeping lawns, walking trails over 200 acres of woodland, a pond for lazy boating and a clay tennis court. The space Our "Base Price" for this listing is for the entire guest wing for six people, with a private entrance. The space accommodate an additional two adults (total of 8) plus two children (in a second old-fashioned, short double bed). Individual rooms can also be rented singly, on separate airbnb listings. Additional rooms for up to six are sometimes available in the family wing. Pets welcome by special arrangement. Hosts fluent in German and French. Guest access Kitchen, dining room and terrace.
