Smoking is permitted in Front outside patio and back outside patio walkway but clean up after yourselves or $50 will be deducted from deposit. We are not responsible for anything lost or left behind but will work with you to find it. We are not responsible for any medical emergencies you may have before, during or after your stay. We do the initial sanitizing and cleanings below and ask guests to use caution when around others, please wear masks, wash your hands constantly and if you’d like to up keep there are extra cleaning/sanitizing supplies under sinks. We thoroughly clean our home with Clorox disinfectant wipes and sprays on high traffic areas such as door knobs, light switches, head boards, desks, tables, chairs, and so on.
