Recent construction in a perfect location! 1BR/1BA cottage, nestled in the trees in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Steps from Slaughter Pen mt bike trails; 1 mile from the Razorback Greenway (paved trails) and Crystal Bridges Museum; 1.4 mile down the street from the Square (restaurants, pubs, coffee shops...). We know what we want in a great stay-- CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and COZY (in that order). That's our goal for every guest. The space This cottage is behind our main house, but you will have plenty of privacy. We live on a large lot that overlooks a wooded area. A lighted path connects your private parking space to our backyard cottage. The Cottage sleeps 3 in 2 VERY comfortable beds-- a Queen in the BR and a ridiculously comfortable sofa bed (seriously!) in the LR. The Cottage is built for comfort with Roku & YouTubeTV, SiriusXM, great WiFi, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a cozy front porch looking into a wooded area. You will have a bike wash station and a locked shed to store your bikes. Enjoy the best of both worlds-- wooded privacy in a convenient neighborhood.
