Located at the back of our property (detached from our main residence) - guest parking, private entrance, and covered outdoor patio with furniture available upon request. Modern but cozy decor. Comfortably sleeps 2 in king size bed, room from additional guest on living room futon. Short 0.7 mile walk to Rockville Metro and Town Center. The space Kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and electric skillet. Kitchen table & chairs for meals/workspace. Coffee/tea bar along with snacks (no meals provided). Full bath on main floor (small but has everything you need). Spiral steps lead up to lofted master with an extremely comfortable king size mattress. Located about 20 miles from the White House, this historic suburban retreat is a great place for those visiting the Washington D.C. area. Experience the bustle of city life and return to your private cozy home away from home! Guest access The carriage house is detached from our main residence. Parking is shared but there is enough space for up to two guest vehicles in our driveway. You have your own entrance with carport patio (furniture available upon request). We ask that you do not use the main backyard space. Other things to note - Not wheelchair accessible - No children under the age of 13 (non-mobile infants ok) - No smoking inside the unit. Smoking on the outdoor patio is ok but please clean up your butts. - No illegal drugs or activity on our property at any time - No pets - Must be comfortable climbing spiral staircase leading to the bedroom. - Bathroom and shower are small.
