PS.VIP Santacruz is a colorful Studio Casita for rent 28+ nights at a beautiful private Mid Century Modern Home in the heart of beautiful Sunny Dunes Neighborhood. We want our guests to think the place as a mini resort, your home away from home ! The unit is perfect for short or long term medical, professional, educational or artist stays while you're working in Coachella Valley. Also snowbird tourists are welcome to enjoy warmer climate in Palm Springs during the winter months in their home. The space The Studio Casita is perfect place for one or two guests. Private entrance with access area to front and backyard UPDATED patio, BBQ, firepit, pool and heated spa/jacuzzi. The place is a turnkey furnished, 1 QUEEN SIZE full memory foam bed mattress, a loveseat and reading chair, 2 bar stools, 2 dining chairs and 1 table at patio, a 50' flat screen TV, DVD player, mini stove with 1 burner and additional 1 portable stove, sink, mini dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator, standing shower, toilet, small sink, 2 spa robes, first aid, fire extinguisher, TV media roku channel, free Wi-Fi , 2in1 NEW washer dryer, NEW STIGA outdoor ping-pong table, ping-pong and pickleball rackets are available for guests with no extra fee. There is a main house in the property and the owners sometimes stay at the property in the weekend. Just 7 min drive to downtown, 3 min to airport also a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, banks, post office and drug store. Walking distance to Demuth Park and Tahquitz Creek Golf. Guest access Outdoor amenities is to share include : swimming pool, heated spa jacuzzi, BBQ gas grill, firepit propane, outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor loungers and free Wi-Fi Internet everywhere. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFO: Max guests are 2 person, no kids, no pets, renter must be 25 years or older. No smoking/vaping indoors. Guests must abide by Palm Springs quiet times 10pm-8am. Outdoor music is never allowed. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. NO amplified music is permitted outdoors at any time per Palm Springs ordinance. Guests may be charged a min $500 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. NO parties, events or gatherings shall take place on the premises. PS VIP Santacruz is privately owned and managed, the owners assume NO liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss/damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guest should be aware that pool/spa and surrounding patios can be dangerous. NO DIVING. NO GLASSWARE is permitted in the pool area. Hard plastic drinking cups and plastic dinnerware are provided for guest's use in the pool area. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Parking available inside the driveway or outside the house. Additional home rules listed below : Access for scheduled pool maintenance is required twice weekly, Tuesday & Friday. Trash and recycle bin picked up every Tuesday Morning. The sewer system is very effective, but please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. If it is found that other products have clogged the system, you could be charged for costly plumbing repairs. Guests are not allowed to climb, sit, or stand on outdoor walls or roof of property at any time. Fire pit is available during winter time, fire pit is propane with glass filler. Do not use if windy and no items should be placed or cooked in fire pit. Propane tank must be turned off after each use. If you would like to use our home as a shooting location please get in touch with the owner, we don't allow commercial or professional shooting or photo shoot during your stay. Violation of these rules may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. Security/damage deposit: your deposit is for security and shall be refunded provided the following provisions are met: a. no damage or loss to the property or its contents b. all trash is placed in the trash cans and soiled dishes in dishwasher c. there is no dirt or mess requiring excessive cleaning d. cigarette butts has been picked up and discarded e. no other costs are incurred by homeowner due to guest's stay f. the guest is not evicted by owner or local law enforcement g. no early check-in or late check-out unless agreed upon h. no charges incurred due to smoking indoors or undeclared guests i. occupancy limits are observed j. all windows and doors are left locked and electrical devices, lights and thermostat are turned off upon guest departure If premises appear dirty/damaged at check-in, guest shall inform homeowner immediately. PS VIP Santacruz Home is a Mid Century Modern home built in 1960 featuring some of vintage and original home decoration. Please take special care during your stay.
