The space On the main floor you will enjoy having one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one full bathroom, laundry closet, kitchen, dining and living room. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Upstairs is a bedroom that has a desk and a chair for those who need some space to work from home. A queen’s size air mattress can be provided if requested. Pets- see the note further along in the description under “other details” regarding pets and pet fee. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, but is only furnished as a one bedroom with 4 person maximum. Enjoy the sounds of nature just outside the living room door onto a wrap around deck and a gas fire table with chairs. There is wi-fi throughout the home and a tv in the living room with and streaming services. Guest access You will enter the home through the front into the kitchen, dining and living areas. The bedroom, bath and laundry are also on this floor. The basement door is locked and is not accessible. Other things to note Pets: we are pet friendly and will accommodate a well trained, housebroken dog on a need by need basis. Therefore if you have a pet that will be with you please send a note telling us a little about your pet to include the breed, weight, and age prior to booking. There is a pet fee of 150.00 that is non-refundable. The driveway is very steep and slopes downwards to the main entrance of the home. It can be a bit intimidating at first, however, a few times up and down the driveway and one gets more comfortable with it.
