The space On the main floor you will enjoy having one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one full bathroom. Also on this level is the laundry closet, kitchen, dining and living rooms. The home is three levels, but is available to you as a furnished one bedroom, 2 bath. Your living space is on the main level of the house, but also includes one upstairs room with a desk and chair as well as another full bathroom. A pull out sofa bed is in the living room. Upstairs is a room that has a desk and a chair for those who need some space to work from home. A queen’s size air mattress can be provided for use in this room if requested. This home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, but is only furnished as a one bedroom with 4 person maximum. The door to the basement and downstairs garage are also purposefully locked so as to not allow access to that area of the home. Enjoy the sounds of nature just outside the living room door onto a wrap around deck and a gas fire table with chairs. There is wi-fi throughout the home and a tv in the living room with popular streaming services. Guest access You will enter the home through the front of the home and enter into the kitchen, dining and living areas. The furnished bedroom, bathroom and laundry closet are also on this floor. Other things to note Pets: we are pet friendly and will accommodate a well trained, housebroken dog on a need by need basis. There is a pet fee of 150.00 that is non-refundable. The driveway is very steep and slopes downwards to the main entrance of the home. It can be a bit intimidating at first, however, a few times up and down the driveway and one gets more comfortable with it.
